Updating of the EAEU CN of FEA codes in the Decree of the Board of the EEC No. 30 of 21.04.2015
On January 1, 2022, a new edition of the CN of FEA classifier of the EAEU, approved by the Decree of the EEC Council dated September 14, 2021 No. 80, came into force. These changes lead to changes in some CN of FEA codes in the Decree of the Board of the EEC No. 30 "On measures of non-tariff regulation".
Please note that the following sections have been changed:
1.1. “Ozone-depleting substances and products containing ozone-depleting substances prohibited for import and export”;
1.2. "Hazardous waste prohibited for import";
1.4. "Means of plant protection and other persistent organic pollutants prohibited for import";
2.1. "Ozone-depleting substances";
2.3. "Hazardous Waste";
2.4. "Collections and collectibles in mineralogy and paleontology, bones of fossil animals";
2.6. "Wild live animals, individual wild plants and wild medicinal raw materials";
2.10. "Precious metals and commodities containing precious metals";
2.12. "Narcotic drugs, psychotropic substances and their precursors";
2.13. "Poisonous substances that are not precursors of narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances";
2.14. "Medicines";
2.17. "Special technical means designed to secretly obtain information";
2.19. "Encryption (cryptographic) means";
2.20. "Cultural values, documents of national archival funds, originals of archival documents";
2.22. "Service and civilian weapons, their main (component) parts and cartridges for it";
2.30. "Plant protection products and other persistent organic pollutants to be used in laboratory-scale studies and also as a reference standard."
