Electronic form of appeal against decisions of customs authorities

Since January 1, 2022, participants of foreign economic activity have had the opportunity to file complaints about negative decisions, actions (inaction) of customs authorities in electronic form. The Federal Customs Service of Russia is proposed to approve the procedure for filing a complaint to the customs authorities in electronic form, as well as its format and structure.
